WELCOME TO OUR HOUSE !
Hello, and welcome to this website about our house.
We have put it together so you can get a rough idea of what the house is like.
We have owned it since 2008 when we had it completley refurbished from top to bottom.Since then we have had many enjoyable holidays there, and made lots of friends.
We have now decided to let friends and family use the house, although not commercially but we do charge to cover our costs for maintenance water and electricity bills
, so please look through our site and we hope it may appeal to you for your holiday plans.
It is not a huge house, but with 3 bedrooms we think it is perfect for a family .There is a floor plan of the bedrooms further down this page. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs, as is the bathroom, so it isnt recommended for anyone who doesnt do stairs.The 2 double bedrooms each contain a double bed , a wardrobe, and a set of drawers , the other has a single bed
This is not a big villa sat on the hill, it is an average sized house on a complex where we have stayed many times, and had some fantastic holidays
The house isnt big enough for two families to share , as it only has the one bathroom, but would make the perfect base for a family holiday.
A lot of families who have been this year have rebooked for a second trip next year,
We have kept our prices low again for 2021
we currently charge £400 per week for 2 people and £450per week for more than 2
PLEASE NOTE ! We do not let to young single groups , male or female, familys only.
WE DO NOT HAVE A SET OF STRICT RULES , BUT WE DO ASK THAT YOU RESPECT OUR HOUSE

whatever holiday your looking for, you will find it on tenerife.

january is a good time to get away from the cold and get some real heat

this is the entrance to our house , we are on the rear of the complex overlooking the old tennis court and car park.we think this is a quieter side than facing the pools as its nice to sit on the balcony on an evening and not be overlooked.
Having said that , we are still only about 30 meters from the poolside.

, there are plenty of sunbeds around that belong to the complex , unfortunatly they do charge 1.50 E per day for them.

as you can see the bedrooms are not huge , but theres a double bed in all three rooms , so be sure this layout suits your needs before you book

the large airy lounge has widescreen tv with over 40 english channels so you dont have to miss the soaps , and a dvd player with a good selection of films.
There are patio doors opening onto 2 large terraces,
very secure for kids, and even a barbie.
